How Does the Design Process Work and How Long Does It Take?
We begin with a free design consultation to understand your unique needs and space. We then create a customized plan, and upon approval, our professional team handles the installation from start to finish, including clean-up.
Depending on the complexity of your storage needs, we may have a completed Design for you during our consultation time, if not, our goal is to have a Preliminary Design to you within a couple of days.. We will also provide additional options once you have reviewed the preliminary design proposal.

Do You Work With Other Industry Professionals?
Yes, we communicate, and coordinate regularly with Interior Designers, Building Contractors, Realtors, and other industry professionals.
What Products Do You Use for your custom closets?
We primarily offer ORG Home Products. They are 3/4” thick construction, industrial grade color matched materials. Our system can be hung on the wall, or mounted on the floor. Using over 4000 different components, we can create a solution for almost any organizational challenge.

Do You Have A Warranty?
ORG Home Products include a Limited Lifetime Residential Warranty, and a Limited One-Year Non-Residential Warranty. Complete copy available.

What is the cost of a custom closet?
Costs depend on factors like size, materials, and design complexity. We provide detailed estimates and options with your Design layout. Our reach-in closets start at $550+.
Do I need to prepare my space before installation?
We’ll walk you through the entire process when it is time, but we recommend clearing out existing items from the area to be remodeled to facilitate a smooth installation proce
Can I see design samples before making decisions?
Of course, during your design consultation, we’ll provide samples of materials and finishes so you can you make an informed choice. You are also welcome to visit our Showroom see finishes, accessories and custom closets.
