We had a great experience from the initial design meeting through installation. Joanna was wonderful to work with and created the perfect design for our mudroom and pantry shelving. We will be working on another project with Joanna in 2026. Got a project? Give them a call! You will not be disappointed!!!

I’ve had Closet Concepts design spaces for me twice. The first time they saved the day when the existing closet interior came crashing down and I had guests coming for the week. They managed to create space to organize everything in the closet and gave me extra space I didn’t know I had. The second time they designed a master closet and a spare room. They also made every inch of a ridiculously tiny laundry room workable. From start to finish the process was flawless. I highly recommend Closet Concepts and I will call them again if disaster strikes or I just need some organization in my home.

The team at Closet Concepts is amazing! We designed and had a mudroom and 2 closets built in our house. Joanna was quick to respond during the design process and accommodated all our requests and gave us great suggestions.

The install was quick. We had a small issue I noticed right after they left, called the office and they were back and fixed it within the hour.

They are not a big chain and don't have a high pressure sales pitch like some other companies we looked at. The pricing is reasonable and the quality is great! Communication is excellent, I felt informed every step of the way. I highly recommend Closet Concepts!!

Wonderful working with Closet Concepts of Grand Rapids! We love our new garage mudroom! With 3 little kids it’s be so helpful keeping shoes/boots/coats/gloves & hats etc in the garage and out of our interior closets! The slat wall is extremely versatile and the flooring had eliminated dirt and moisture issues!
So much new space (in the garage and inside our home) for better organization 🎉 thank you Closet Concepts!

The team at Closet Concepts of Grand Rapids were very friendly, professional and courteous during the entire project. They completly transformed my mother in-laws garage with a new cement coating, two large cabinets and slat-wall on every interior wall of the garage. The quoting process was extremely helpful as they desiged a layout in 3-D to give you a picture of what the design will look like. In addition, they can move items and change colors with ease. We are completely satisfied with their work as they completed the project on-time and as quoted.

The design experience was simple and efficient, cost estimates were very reasonable, and the installation experience was flawless. Closets look great, offer HEAPS more functionality, installers showed up on time, had no issues with install, cleaned up afterwards, and went above and beyond trying to locate more style-appropriate hardware. 12 out of 10.

Thanks to the whole team for providing such a seamless design and install experience. Would recommend Closet Concepts of GR to anyone!
