How Does the Design Process Work?
It starts with a free design consultation. We take time to learn about your space, your habits, and what you actually need from your storage. From there, we build a plan that is designed around your life.
In many cases, we can have a completed design ready for you during that first visit. If the project needs more time, our goal is to have a preliminary design to you within a couple of days. We also share additional options after you have reviewed the initial proposal.
Once the design is approved, our team handles the full installation from start to finish. That includes clean-up. You do not have to lift a finger!
What Products Do You Use for Custom Closets?
We primarily work with ORG Home Products. They are built with 3/4 inch thick, industrial grade, color-matched materials designed to hold up over time. The system can be wall-mounted or floor-mounted depending on your space.
With over 4,000 different components available, we can create a solution for almost any storage challenge. Whether you need a simple reach-in closet or a full garage system, we have the tools to make it work.
Can I Customize the Design to Match My Home?
Yes, and that is one of the best parts of working with us. Our designers create solutions that fit your style and your home, not a one-size-fits-all package.
During your consultation, we bring material and finish samples so you can see exactly what you are choosing. You are also welcome to visit our showroom in Byron Center to explore finishes, accessories, and completed custom closet installations in person.
Is There a Warranty on Your Products?
Yes. ORG Home Products come with a Limited Lifetime Residential Warranty. That means you can invest in your space with confidence. A complete copy of the warranty is available upon request.
Is Closet Concepts Part of a Franchise?
No. Closet Concepts of Grand Rapids is locally owned and operated right here in West Michigan, based in Byron Center. We are not part of a franchise or a national chain.
